Why grief recovery?

Grief recovery is a unique and individual journey that varies for each person, and it often involves finding meaning and a sense of completion in order to move forward in life. It encompasses: navigating loss, embracing healing, and finding your path to recovery after the death of a loved one or experiencing a significant loss.
This multifaceted process involves acknowledging and expressing the emotions tied to the loss, seeking support from others to aid in the healing journey, and applying new insights and tools to adapt to a changed reality.

What makes this different?
If you found this page there is a high probability that you are suffering from a broken heart. If so, you might feel like you're stuck in a bad dream, that you don't know who you are anymore, or that you'll never laugh again. The Emotional Healing Journey will teach you how to heal your emotional pain and feel whole again.
You can choose individual or group support, either way you will be guided step-by-step through actions that are proven to heal your heart.
Note: Although traditional support groups encourage grievers to talk about their pain, they don’t always offer a path to recovery.
Examples of experiences that people work through:

Hands On
Our Emotional Healing Journey provides a safe environment for you to look at your old beliefs about dealing with grief, which losses have affected your life, and take actions that will heal the unresolved emotions that still cause you pain. You will be given a clear path to heal your heart and live a happier life. I have been trained and certified by the Grief Recovery Institute and I've done my own grief work. I would never ask you to do anything I haven't done myself.
Straight from the Heart
Grief is the normal and natural emotional response to loss, but most information people learn about dealing with loss is intellectual. Although our 8-week Emotional Healing Journey has some educational elements, effective Grief Recovery deals with your broken heart, which requires emotional expression rather than intellectual explanations.
