Last night I was so blessed to be able to attend a women’s event. The last speaker was sharing about living our “best life.” I began thinking:
What does my best life look like?
What does it look like for my family? For others?
When it comes to: Finances Relationships Career Health Faith
I talk to so many people and one thing we all have in common are our pain points. We all have circumstances that we’d like to be different—better relationships, more money, a career we love, amazing health, and to find purpose in it all.
So what does your best life look like?
Taking more vacations?
Having more family time—better connection and conversations?
An amazing marriage/relationship?
Money coming out of your ears?
A strong body, mind, and soul?
An unshakeable faith and living your purpose?
What is it for you? What would it take for you to wake up excited and motivated each day?
When we begin to reflect on the things we want, we begin to find ways to create our best lives—to identify the things that are holding us back and uncover our why to begin making lasting change.
Here are some questions to ponder:
What do you want to be better, different or more?
What do you want to change in each area?
What are you willing to do to create a “best life”?
What are you willing to give up?
How much time, energy, and support do you need?
I encourage you to take some time today to reflect on—and write down—what you want each area of your life to look like (finances, relationships, career, health, faith).
When we take time to reflect, “What does living my best life look like?” some of the answers may surprise you! After you’ve come up with some ideas, give me a call, send me an email (or text) and let me know what you came up with.
As always, however you are feeling today, I want you to know that you are never alone. I encourage you to reach out (if not to me, then to someone!). Give me a call 951.523.7959, send me an email at Teresa@restorationshoppe.com, or click here to schedule a chat.
I promise you, I may not always know what to say or do, but I can be a huge heart with ears.
I believe in you,
Teresa
