You'll Find What You're Looking For

From where you’re at, look around for objects that are yellow and name them.

Now close your eyes, clear your mind, open your eyes again.

Now look for objects and things that are blue and name them.

Close your eyes again, open them and look for objects that are red…

White.

Green.

Did you notice that when you looked for a certain color it just seemed to pop out at you?

Then when you looked for another color, the color you had in mind seemed to fade to the background and the new color stood out, easy to find?

What will happen, if just like the colors, we intentionally looked for the things we want in life? (for a lot of us, it’s very easy to identify what we don’t want, but not so easy to identify what we do want).

Solutions, opportunities, and decisions may come easier when we know what we want and what we are looking for.

I encourage you to take some time out of your day to think about the things you want in life — time, energy, health, relationships, finances, etc.
